C5 - Check For VREF at Other Sensor

- TP and DPFE sensors disconnected.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- For DPFE DTC:
- Measure voltage between the VREF and SIG RTN circuits at the TP sensor vehicle harness connector.

- All others:
- Measure voltage between the VREF and SIG RTN circuits at the DPFE sensor vehicle harness connector.

- Is voltage between 4.0 and 6.0 volts?

YES -- Key Off. SERVICE open VREF circuit to other sensor (TP or DPFE). RECONNECT all components. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes

NO -- Key Off. Go to C6. C6 - Check VPWR to PCM
