DH14 - Check TP Sensor Signal Versus Engine Load While Driving

- Key On, Engine Running.

- Do normal drive, exercising the throttle and TP sensor while accessing PIDs.

- Access TP PID and LOAD PID with the Scan Tool and record readings.

- Is the TP PID reading greater than 49.02% (2.44 volts) and the LOAD PID reading less than 25%?

YES -- CHECK for air leaks between the MAF sensor and the throttle body, including air noise sounds while engine is running. SERVICE as necessary. If OK, REPLACE the TP sensor. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes
