MC1 - Check Power to PCM: VREF Circuit Voltage at TP Sensor

- Key Off.

- TP sensor disconnected.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Measure voltage between VREF circuit at SIG RTN circuit at the TP sensor vehicle harness connector.

- Is the voltage between 4.0 and 6.0 volts?

YES -- GO to MC2. MC2 - Check Base Timing - KOER

NO -- Key Off. RECONNECT all components. GO to Pinpoint Test Step C1. C1 - Check Battery Voltage
