- Key Off.

- Reconnect ICM to tester

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Measure the voltage from PIP jack to PWR GND jack.

- Is the voltage less than 10.5?

Yes -- REPLACE ICM.

No -- GO to Z154. Z154
