A3 - Check Parking Brake Components

^ Raise and support the vehicle.
^ Remove brake drums (1126) or rear disc brake rotors (2C026).
^ Operate the parking brake control and observe the parking brake components.
^ Do the parking brake components operate?

YES -- Check the parking brake shoe and lining installation specification. Retest system.

NO -- Service worn or damaged parts. Retest the system.
