POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
- Cracked welds at brake shoe web.

ACTION(S) TO TAKE:
- Replace rear brake shoe and lining in axle sets.

POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
- Brake shoes binding at backing plate ledges.

ACTION(S) TO TAKE:
- Clean and lubricate ledges.

POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
- Machining marks on brake drums.

ACTION(S) TO TAKE:
- Refinish, or replace brake drums.

POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
- Backing plate ledges worn.

ACTION(S) TO TAKE:
- Replace brake backing plate and lubricate ledges

POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
- Loose or missing disc brake pad anti-rattle clips (2B164).

ACTION(S) TO TAKE:
- Replace clips.

POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
- Improper rotor finish after turning.

ACTION(S) TO TAKE:
- Refinish or replace front disc brake rotors (1125)

POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
- Improper positioning, wear or damage of front disc brake caliper.

ACTION(S) TO TAKE:
- Inspect, repair or replace disc brake caliper(s).
