Vehicle Speed Sensor/Transducer - Cruise Control: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
The Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) generates an A/C signal that is proportional to the vehicle speed.

It sends a signal to the amplifier so that it can increase or decrease the vacuum at the servo to keep the vehicle at set speed.
