Braking Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then the wiring harness lead at switch connector.
2. Using screwdriver, pry connector locator from holes in brake pedal support.

3. Unsnap switch hook from pin on dump valve adapter bracket.
4. Using needle nose pliers or equivalent, squeeze ears on switch mounting clip, then push clip through hole in brake pedal support.
5. Remove switch by feeding switch harness through hole of brake pedal support bracket.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
7. Rotate switch and ensure mounting clip ears are completely engaged.
8. Adjust switch.
