Blower Motor Switch: Testing and Inspection

HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SWITCH
The following tests may be made on the heater system:
^ burned out fuses, loose wire connections, damaged wires, or collapsed hoses.
^ Air leaks in the body may be determined by visual inspection of the parts.

BLOWER SWITCH CONTINUITY TEST
1. Check for continuity between the connector terminals.
2. Check terminal continuity at every knob or push button position.
a. The lamp should go on for each connected pair of terminals.
b. There should be no continuity between the battery terminal and the A/C blower motor switch case.
