Air Flow Control Box - A/C


REMOVAL
1. Remove the instrument panel, please refer to Body and Frame/Interior Trim/Dash Board/Service and Repair/ Service and Repair

Plenum Chamber:






2. Remove the two screws retaining the plenum to the instrument panel. Remove the screw retaining the defroster nozzle to the plenum.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose connector retaining the defroster nozzle.

Demister Nozzles And Hoses:






4. Disconnect the demister hoses.
5. Remove the plenum chamber.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the plenum chamber.
2. Install the demister hoses.
3. Connect the vacuum hose connector retaining the defroster nozzle.
4. Install the screw retaining the defroster nozzle to the plenum. Install the screws retaining the plenum to the instrument panel.
5. Install the instrument panel, please refer to Body and Frame/Interior Trim/Dash Board/Service and Repair/ Service and Repair
