B - Testing Notes

NOTE: You should enter this Pinpoint Test only when directed here from Pinpoint Tests C, J, PA, PB, or PC.

REMEMBER: To prevent the replacement of good components, be aware that the following non-Electronic Engine Controls (EEC) areas may be at fault:

- Ignition Switch

- Battery Cables

- Generator

- Voltage Regulator (VR)

- Ground Straps

This Pinpoint Test is intended to diagnose only the following:

- Powertrain Control Module (PCM) (12A650)

- Harness circuits: SIG RTN, PWR GND, VPWR, KAPWR, IGNITION SWITCH

- Battery Positive Voltage (B+)

- EEC Power Relay (12A646)
