FE13 - Check BLR Circuit Continuity

- Key "OFF".

- Disconnect blower motor relay.

- Breakout box installed, PCM disconnected.

- Measure resistance between test pin 14 (test pin 29 for CD4E and Calif. M/T) at breakout box and BLR circuit at Power Distribution box (refer to Pinpoint Test schematic). FE - Testing Schematic

- Is resistance less than 5.0 ohms?

Yes -- Go to FE14. FE14 - Check BLR Circuit For Short to Ground

No -- Service open circuit. Remove breakout box. Reconnect all components. Verify elimination of idle speed concern.
