FF3 - Check PSPS Operation

- Key "OFF".

- Install tachometer.

- Start engine, allow to idle in NEUTRAL/PARK.

- Disconnect Power Steering Pressure (PSP) switch.

- Does rpm increase?

Yes -- Replace PSP switch. Re-evaluate symptom.

No -- Go to FF4. FF4 - Check PSPS Circuits For Shorts
