KP5 - Check For DTC 111



- Start engine and idle vehicle at operating temperature.

- Key "OFF".

- Activate Key On Engine Off (KOEO) Self-Test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)

- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Is Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 111 present?

Yes -- Go to KP6. KP6 - Verify In-Line Connector Shorting Bar Is Installed

No -- For DTC 341: Go to KP1. KP1 - Inspect Octane Adjust Inline Connector

For all other DTCs: Return to Diagnostic Routines. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
