ML5 - Check For B+ at MIL Fuse

- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Measure voltage from battery negative post to B+ side of the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) fuse.

- Is voltage greater than 10.5 volts?

Yes -- Replace the MIL fuse. Verify service by turning ignition key to the "RUN" position.

No -- Service open in the MIL/B+ circuit. Verify service by turning ignition key to the "Run" position.
