Alternator: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove drive belt.
3.
Disconnect electrical connectors, then move wiring aside.
4.
Remove mounting bolts, braces and brackets.
5.
Remove
alternator from vehicle.
6.
Reverse procedure to install. Ensure electrical connectors are clean and secure.
