Front Door Glass

Glass, Front Door Window:

1. Remove front door trim panel and watershield. Doors

2. Lower front door window glass approximately 75 mm (3 inches) from full up position.

3. Loosen nut and washer assemblies retaining the window regulator equalizer arm bracket to front door inner panel.

4. Loosen nut and washer assembly retaining door window glass inner stabilizer.

5. With front door open, place hands on each side of front door window glass and pull front door window glass fully into front door glass top run at B-pillar.

6. Tighten nut and washer retaining the front of the window regulator equalizer arm bracket. Apply a downward pressure on the window regulator equalizer arm bracket. If the hole is a vertical slotted hole, make sure that the nut and washer retaining the rear of the window regulator equalizer arm bracket is positioned at the bottom of the slot when applying downward pressure on the window regulator equalizer arm bracket. Then tighten nut and washer (B) to 7-11 N-m (5-8 lb-ft).

7. Set door window glass inner stabilizer so that it is slightly touching front door window glass and tighten nut and washer assembly to 7-11 N-m (5-8 lb-ft).

8. Cycle front door window glass to ensure proper operation.
