Visually inspect the components of the system.
2.
Check the windshield wiper pivot arm for proper adjustment.
3.
Check the windshield wiper pivot arm for proper connection to the windshield wiper motor shaft.
4.
Check the wiring harness for obvious signs of shorts, opens, bad connections or damage.
