K14 Check Intermittent Coil Short to LF Brake Sensor

NOTE: Turn the speaker or beeper of the Rotunda 88 Digital Multimeter 105-00053 on to help indicate continuity.

- Monitor resistance between a known good chassis ground and both terminals of the component 2-pin connector.

- Drive vehicle over rough road at various speeds.

- Is the measured resistance ever less than 100k ohms?

YES -- Replace left front brake antilock sensor. Go to K16 to verify the concern is resolved. K16 Verify Concern Is Resolved

NO -- Left front brake antilock sensor is most likely OK. Go to K15. K15 Check For Intermittent Wiring Fault
