K17 Verification Drive Test

NOTE: Recording the speeds for later plotting will eliminate the necessary of monitoring the New Generation Star (NGS) tester while driving.

- Use the New Generation Star (NGS) tester to monitor all three wheel speeds from a stop to 20 mph. Accelerate smoothly and gradually.

- Does the front left speed signal remain at zero while the front right and rear signals indicate acceleration above 4 mph?

YES -- Return to K8. Low output concern must be resolved in this step. K8 Check Left Front Brake Antilock Sensor/Mounting Concern

NO -- Stop, repair is complete.
