L4 Check For Short Circuit to Ground

- With 60-pin breakout box still installed. Check resistance between Pins 34 and 8 and known good chassis ground.

- Is resistance less than 10K ohms?

YES -- Go to L5. L5 Determine Location of Short Circuit to Ground

NO -- Replace ECU. Go to L12 to verify concern is resolved. L12 Verify Condition Resolved
