Q3 Check Front Right Outlet Valve Operation

CAUTION: Do not leave ignition on for more than 30 seconds with the jumper installed.

- Apply brake pedal force, turn ignition ON and have assistant try to turn wheel.

- Does wheel turn now?

YES -- Valve is OK.

NO -- Replace HCU.
