^ Replace brake linings. Clean oil from brake components. Replace leaking seals.

POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
^ Excessive clearance prevents complete parking brake application.
ACTION(S)TO TAKE:
^ Check parking brake cable for slack.

POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
^ Excessive linkage friction.
ACTION(S)TO TAKE:
^ Check for linkage binding and misalignment. Lubricate all friction points.

POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
^ Worn out linings.
ACTION(S)TO TAKE:
^ Replace rear rear brake shoe and lining. Check rear brake rotor for scoring and replace if necessary.
