A2 - Pressure Test

^ Pressure test cooling system to check for dirty or damaged radiator cap, external leakage and/or internal leakage.

^ Does cooling system check OK?

YES -- Return vehicle to customer.

^ Is there a dirty or damaged radiator cap?

YES -- Clean or replace cap. Repeat A2.

^ Is there an external leak?

YES -- Repair or replace as necessary. Repeat A2.

^ Is there an internal leak?

YES -- Disassemble engine as necessary to determine cause of leakage. Check for: cracked intake manifold, blown head gasket, warped block or head gasket surfaces, cracked cylinder head(s) cracked cylinder block. Repair or replace as necessary. Repeat A2.
