Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. If removing left exhaust manifold, remove oil level indicator tube support bracket, then power steering pump pressure and return hoses if necessary.
2. If removing right exhaust manifold, remove heater hose support bracket, then disconnect heater hoses.
3. Remove manifold to exhaust pipe nuts, then exhaust manifold bolts and manifold.
4. Reverse procedure to install.

NOTE: Lightly oil all bolt and stud threads before installation.
