A/C Ambient Air Temperature Sensor

Removal

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.

2. Remove A/C ambient air temperature sensor and bracket from its mounting location in front of the A/C condenser core by removing nut.

3. Disconnect electrical connector from A/C ambient air temperature sensor and bracket.

Installation

1. Connect electrical connector to A/C ambient air temperature sensor and bracket.

2. Position A/C ambient air temperature sensor and bracket and install mounting nut. Tighten to 6.2-7.3 N.m (55-64 lb-in).

3. Connect battery ground cable.

4. Check system for proper operation.
