License Plate Lamp: Description and Operation

The license plate lamp on Aerostar is located on the liftgate or rear door (24631). The lamp for Ranger, Explorer is located on the rear bumper (17906). Ranger vehicles without rear bumper have the lamp mounted on a rear license plate bracket (13406) above the license plate.
