KF10 - Low Speed and/or High Speed Fan Does Not Operate
Fan Control Connector View:

Key "OFF".
-
Disconnect Low Fan Control
(LFC) relay.

Key "ON".
-
Measure voltage from High Fan Control
(HFC) RELAY pin at the LFC relay vehicle harness connector and battery negative post.

Is voltage greater than 10.5 volts? Yes -- Go to KF13.
No -- Go to KF11.
