Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the vehicle owner's original concern by operating the Automatic Ride Control (ARC) System to duplicate the vehicle owner's concern.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following mechanical or electrical concerns apply:

Mechanical
- Restricted suspension movement
- Excessive vehicle load

Electrical
- Open fuses:
- Power distribution box - A (50A maxi) C(60 A maxi) and U(15A)
- I/P Fuse Panel-Fuse No. 10
- Loose connectors
- corroded connectors
- Automatic ride control (ARC) service switch OFF

3. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and proceed to the following Symptom Charts.
