1. Direct clutch drum damaged.
2. Intermediate band misadjusted.
3. Intermediate servo assembly piston, servo, or spring damaged or wrong part used in rebuild.
4. Main control assembly gaskets damaged or bolt out of torque.
5. Main control separator plate damaged.
6. Main control solenoid stuck or damaged.
