1. Main control assembly gaskets damaged or bolt out of torque.
2. Main control separator plate damaged.
3. Main control solenoid stuck or damaged.
4. Improper band/clutch application pressure.
5. Intermediate band out of adjustment.
6. Damaged or worn intermediate servo piston, lever, strut, or internal leaks.
7. Polished or glazed intermediate band or drum.
