Brake Signal Input to the GEM

The brake signal input to the Generic Electronic Module (GEM) is required to shift in and out of 4WD/Low.
To verify the signal:
1. Gain access to the GEM, and remove GEM Connector C3.
2. Measure voltage at C3-13 harness side. With the brake pedal depressed, voltage should be battery voltage.
