Ford provides conflicting information for the location of this relay. The wiring diagrams show the Rear Wiper Up Relay is located in the Auxiliary Relay Box #1. This does not match the 1995 relay module application ID image, but it does match the 1996 relay module application ID image. Both images are provided for reference.

Engine View:

The Auxiliary Relay Box #1 is located at the LH side of the engine compartment.
