E6 Check For Shorts In Electronic Control Module Harness

- With same set up as in Step E5, E5 Check Power to the Antilock Electronic Control Module observe REAR ABS warning light.

- Is the REAR ABS warning light on?

YES -- CHECK for short to ground in Circuit 603 (DG). Reconnect the antilock electronic control module. Repeat System Pre-Check. Inspection and Verification (Start Testing Here)

NO -- Leave antilock electronic control module disconnected. Go to E7. E7 Check Circuit 571 Continuity
