STI2 - Check STI Wire to PCM For Short

Key OFF.

Install Breakout Box (leave PCM disconnected).

Measure the resistance between BOB Test Pin STI and ground.

Is the resistance greater than 10,000 ohms? Yes -- Go to EEC Pinpoint Test STO.
STO - Self Test Output No -- Service the PCM STI wire for short.
