TP3 - Check Wires to PCM

Key OFF.

Install Breakout Box (leave PCM disconnected).

Disconnect the TP sensor connector.

Measure the resistance of the TP wire between BOB Test Pin TP and ground.

Is the resistance greater than 10,000 ohms between BOB Test Pin TP and ground? Yes -- Go to TP4.
TP4 - Check TP Ground No -- Service the wire(s) in question.
