IGN10 - Check Distributor Assembly
^ Check rotor, distributor cap, and module for wear, breakage, cracks, carbon buildup (black buildup), and oxidation (white buildup).
^ Crank the engine and verify the rotor turns steadily.
^ Is the distributor assembly OK and does the rotor turn freely?
YES -- Go to IGN11. IGN11 - Check Spark Plug Wire Resistance
NO -- Service as required.
