DTC B1317 is generated when the ECU detects system voltage was greater than 18.0 volts for more than 5 seconds.

POSSIBLE CONTRIBUTING COMPONENT/VEHICLE WIRING FAULTS
- 24 volt jump.
- Charging system over-voltage condition.
