WINDSHIELD WASHERS - WASHER SPRAY PATTERN DOES NOT STRIKE CENTER WINDSHIELD - VEHICLES BUILT THROUGH 4/95

LIGHT TRUCK:
1995 WINDSTAR

ISSUE:
The windshield washer spray pattern may not strike the center of the windshield on some vehicles. This may be caused by the position of the washer nozzles located within the cowl assembly.

ACTION:
Replace the cowl vent panel. The revised cowl vent panel has the washer nozzles repositioned in a way that provides an improved spray pattern. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Remove and replace the cowl vent panel with a new cowl vent panel following the procedures listed in the 1995 Windstar Service Manual, Page 01-02-8.
