Rear

1. Remove the auxiliary heater and air conditioning assembly.
2. Remove the A/C evaporator core lower access cover screws and remove the cover.





3. Remove the A/C evaporator core (19860) from the auxiliary heater and air conditioning assembly.





4. Loosen the two rear thermostatic expansion valve pipe fittings and remove the valve from the A/C evaporator core inlet/outlet pipes.
5. Remove the capillary tube retaining clip located on the A/C evaporator core outlet pipe.
6. To install, reverse removal procedure.
