Integrated Control Relay Module: Service and Repair

Removal

1. Raise vehicle.
2. Loosen screw securing electrical connector to constant control relay module (CCRM) and disconnect electrical connector.
3. Lower vehicle.
4. Remove battery and battery tray.
5. Remove upper screw securing the CCRM.
6. Rotate CCRM rearward to access lower retaining screw.
7. Remove lower retaining screw and constant control relay module.

Installation






1. Position constant control relay (CCRM) module and install lower retaining screw.
Do not tighten screw at this time.
2. Rotate CCRM forward and install upper retaining screw.
Tighten both screws to 2.1-2.9 Nm (19-26 inch lbs.).
3. Install battery and tray.
4. Raise vehicle.
5. Connect electrical connector to constant control relay module and tighten screw to 1.4-2.0 Nm (12-18 inch lbs.).
6. Lower vehicle.
