Description

Diagnostic trouble codes are:
- P0707: TR Circuit Below Minimum Voltage.
- P0708: TR Circuit Above Maximum Voltage.
- P1705: TR Not in PARK.

NOTE: This pinpoint test is designed to diagnose the Transmission Range (TR) sensor electrical system ONLY. To prevent replacement of good components, note that the following areas may be of concern:
- Engine-starter, starter relay.
- Electrical-battery, ignition switch, wiring harnesses.
- Transaxle-internal transaxle components, linkages.

This pinpoint test is designed to diagnose the following components:
- Transmission wiring harness, TR sensor, signal return.
- Powertrain control module.








Refer to the schematic and chart when performing the pinpoint test steps.
