Air Cleaner Housing: Description and Operation

DESCRIPTION
Outside air enters into the engine air cleaner. Once in the engine air cleaner, air is filtered through the air cleaner element. This filtered air then travels through the mass air flow sensor to the air cleaner outlet tube and into the throttle body.
