H-Tests

^ Start engine.

^ Tune radio to a station where interference is present.

^ Stop engine.

^ Remove three-pin alternator regulator connector and B+ eyelet.

^ Start engine.

^ Is interference present with connector removed?

YES -- Check the audio system to find the cause of the radio interference.

NO -- Replace alternator.
