A/C Manifold and Tube

Removal

1. Recover refrigerant from system.

2. Remove bolt attaching A/C manifold and tube to A/C compressor (19703), and remove A/C manifold and tube and 0-ring seals.

Installation

1. Lubricate new 0-ring seals with clean refrigerant oil and position them in 0-ring seal grooves of A/C manifold and tube.

2. Position A/C manifold and tube with 0-ring seals to A/C compressor and install and tighten two retaining bolts.

3. Connect other ends of suction and discharge lines using new lubricated 0-ring seals.

4. Leak-test, evacuate and charge system following recommended procedures. Observe ah safety precautions.
