EGR Tube: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
2. Disconnect EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube at EGR valve and exhaust manifold.
3. Remove EGR valve tube-to-manifold connector from exhaust manifold, if required.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
2. Tighten tube to EGR valve and exhaust manifold to 34-47 N.m (25-35 lb ft).
