B1 Visual Inspection and Brake Lamp Function

- Key On.

- Clear all diagnostic trouble codes with Rotunda New Generation Star (NGS) Tester 007-00500.

- Disconnect Rotunda New Generation Star (NGS) Tester 007-00500 from vehicle.

- Make sure park brake is off. Key On and note brake lamp proveout.

- Does the brake lamp come On?

YES -- Lamp On for 1.5 sec., then turned off. Concern is most likely intermittent. Key Off. Go to B2.

YES -- Lamp is On continuously. Concern is repeatable. Key Off. Go to B5.

NO -- Key Off. Go to B3.
