C2 Check Proper Valve Resistance at Control Module Connector

- Key Off.

- Install 60-pin breakout box. Make sure the correct Econoline 4WABS overlay is installed.

- Measure valve resistance between breakout box Pins 32 and 37.

- Was resistance measured between 3-6 ohms and Code C1198 or C1200 obtained in Step C1?

YES -- Go to C3.

NO -- Less than 3 ohms and Code C1200 was obtained. Low resistance detected. Go to C5 to determine fault location.

More than 6 ohms and Code C1198 was obtained. High resistance detected. Go to C5 to determine fault location.
