G2 Check Proper Valve Resistance at Control Module Connector

- Install 60-pin breakout box. Make sure the correct Econoline 4WABS overlay is installed.

- Measure valve resistance between 60-pin breakout box Pins 29 and 37.

- Was resistance measured between 3-6 ohms and Code C1206 or C1208 obtained in Step G1?

YES -- Go to G3.

NO -- Less than 3 ohms and Code C1208 was obtained. Low resistance detected. Go to G5 to determine fault location.

More than 6 ohms and Code C1206 was obtained. High resistance detected. Go to G5 to determine fault location.
