M8 Check Right Front Brake Antilock Sensor Mounting Concern

- Remove the right front brake antilock sensor from the wheel end.

- Inspect the right front brake antilock sensor pole piece for damage and correct alignment to the right front brake antilock sensor housing.

- Make sure that no debris is on the sensor mounting boss. Correct or clean as necessary.

- Inspect the right front brake antilock sensor for a bent flange and mounting holes for elongation or cracks.

- Are any of the above found?

YES -- Flange/or holes are damaged. Replace right front brake antilock sensor. Go to M17 to verify the concern is resolved.

The pole piece has been damaged or is not aligned correctly. A bent or damaged pole piece indicates that some other issue exists with the right front brake antilock sensor mounting, right front brake antilock sensor indicator or rotor. Inspect and correct as necessary. Replace right front brake antilock sensor. Go to M17 to verify the concern is resolved.

NO -- Replace weak right front brake antilock sensor. Go to M17 to verify the concern is resolved.
